Bigger batteries CAN be better, but come with some downsides. A bigger battery will likely deliver more range, and when fast charging a bigger battery will gain more range back faster. That's because batteries charge quickly between 0-80%, and slow down dramatically after 80%. A larger battery will offer more mileage within that initial 80% charge.
